Masala Idili Recipe

Idili 4
Onion 2
Coriander Leaves 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 cup
Mustard Seed 1/2 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Make Small pieces of Idili and Keep aside.

In frying pan splutter mustard seeds and jeera in oil. Put chopped onion and 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves to pan when onion turns golden brown add Red chilli powder and salt.

Leave for 5 min, Let onion mix with chilli powder and salt.
Now add Idili pieces to pan and masala mix properly.

Serve hot with Red chilli chutney.
